核心动作：区分动作、过程与结果

动词有的强调瞬时变化，有的强调持续过程，有的强调最终状态。近义改写若把“开始改善”写成“已经解决”，就跨越完成度。

自拟语境

The city began addressing the housing shortage in 2021. New construction gradually eased pressure, but it has not eliminated the shortage.

address 表着手处理，不保证解决；ease 表减轻程度；eliminate 表完全消除。三词构成完成度阶梯：处理 → 缓解 → 消除。

完成度轴

attempt/seek → address/tackle → reduce/ease → resolve/eliminate。实际词义仍取决于对象，但选项不能随意跨级。

错解反馈

若把 began addressing 改成 solved，是同时删除 began 的阶段性和 address 的非完成义。复盘应记录“动作启动≠结果完成”。
