动词框架：及物性、介词与论元关系

核心动作：由及物性确定动作关系

动词意义与它能否直接带宾语、接什么介词密切相关。只记中文会把动作方向弄反。先画主语—动词—宾语，再处理介词补语。

自拟语境

The new evidence prompted the agency to revise the rule. Officials responded to public concerns and explained the revision to affected firms.

prompt X to do 表促使 X 行动；respond to concerns 需要介词 to；explain Y to Z 中 Y 是解释内容，Z 是接收者。

论元框架

词汇卡应写成：evidence prompts actor to act，actor responds to issue，actor explains content to audience。框架比单个中文义更稳定。

错解反馈

explain firms the revision 错在把双宾结构套给 explain。应写 explain the revision to firms。这不是小介词问题，而是动词论元框架错误。
