章末动作：限时词汇决策

真实阅读不允许每个词都查。章末要学会决定：哪些词可以跳过，哪些词必须推断，什么时候用句法、构词或上下文，什么时候保留模糊义继续读。

自拟语境

The pilot program produced uneven results. Large offices adopted the procedure quickly, whereas smaller teams considered it cumbersome. The agency therefore postponed nationwide implementation and commissioned a simpler version.

决策流程

pilot 若不影响主命题，可暂存为“试行项目”；uneven 被后文大办公室与小团队差异解释；cumbersome 是决定后续延期和简化的关键词，必须推断为“繁琐、难实施”；commissioned 可由 agency + simpler version 推为“委托制作”。

优先级是：影响题目对象、逻辑方向或作者结论的词必须处理；仅是例子细节且不影响命题的词可以模糊通过。

错解反馈

逐词查词典会打断篇章模型；完全跳过 cumbersome 又会看不懂为何 postponed。正确策略不是“查或不查”二选一，而是按命题价值分配时间。
