四段式模板（万能）

第 1 段（引入 + 亮明立场）——约 25 词
 [用一个问句或一句话引入话题]
 In my opinion, ... / Personally, I believe ...

第 2 段（理由一 + 例子）——约 35 词
 Firstly, ... For example, ...

第 3 段（理由二 或 让步）——约 30 词
 Secondly, ... / On the other hand, some people say ..., but ...

第 4 段（结论）——约 15 词
 In conclusion, ... / Overall, I think ...

第 3 段用「让步」是拿高分的关键——先承认对方有道理，再反驳。这体现了 B1 要求的「解释和论证」能力。

满分范文（约 125 词）

City or Countryside?

Many people dream of living in the countryside, but personally, I prefer city life.

Firstly, cities offer far more opportunities. There are better schools, hospitals and jobs, which makes daily life much easier. For example, in my city I can reach three libraries in twenty minutes.

Secondly, cities are never boring. You can meet people from different countries and try food from all over the world.

On the other hand, I understand why some people love the countryside — it is quieter and the air is cleaner. However, I think you can always visit the countryside at weekends.

In conclusion, although country life has its advantages, I believe the city offers more chances to learn and grow.

三个常见失误

没有立场：两边都说好，最后不表态——内容分低。必须选一边。
写成私人邮件：加了 Hi、Write back soon——文体错误，交际分掉。
只有观点没有例子：说 cities are better 但不说为什么、不举例——理由和例子才是 article 的肉。
