渔夫抓到一条金鱼

An old fisherman lives by the sea with his wife. 一位老渔夫和妻子住在海边。fisherman 渔夫；wife 妻子。One day, he catches a golden fish. 一天，他抓到一条金鱼。golden 金色的。

• Golden Fish: Please let me go! I can give you anything! 请放了我吧！我什么都能给你！
• Fisherman: Go home, little fish. I want nothing. 回家吧小鱼，我什么都不要。

let me go 让我走；anything 任何东西；nothing 什么也没有。

贪心的妻子

His wife is not happy. 他的妻子不高兴。She wants a new house. 她想要一座新房子。Then she wants to be a rich lady. 然后她想当贵妇人。Then she wants to be the queen! 然后她想当女王！queen 女王。金鱼一次次满足了她。

最后怎么样了

The wife wants to be the ruler of the sea. 妻子想当大海的主人。The golden fish says nothing and swims away. 金鱼什么也没说，游走了。The old house is back. 旧房子回来了。They have nothing again. 他们又什么都没有了。

太贪心，最后可能什么都得不到。要感谢已经拥有的东西。

• want 后面直接跟东西：want a new house；想做什么用 want to be。
• nothing 已经是否定，不要再加 not。
