写作能力八：图表数据的准确描述

图表作文先说数据事实，再解释可能原因。描述必须分清比例、百分点、总量和趋势，不能把相关变化直接写成因果。

自拟图表

某校使用公共交通到校的学生占比：2022年40%，2023年48%，2024年55%；骑车占比同期保持约20%。

三步描述

第一步写对象与时间：The chart shows changes in how students travelled to campus from 2022 to 2024.

第二步写主要趋势与精确口径：The share using public transport rose from 40% to 55%, an increase of 15 percentage points.

第三步给对照：By contrast, cycling remained broadly stable at around 20%.

错解反馈

不能写 public transport increased by 15%，因为这是15个百分点；也不能写 students increased，因为变化的是出行方式占比，不是学生总数。

正文练习

补一句不夸大因果的解释：学校同期增加公交班次。
