KET 的短信写作有非常固定的套路。把下面的模板背熟，考场上只需要填内容。

通用四行结构

第 1 行：称呼        Hi Sam, / Dear Anna,
第 2 行：开场 + 要点1  
第 3 行：要点2 + 要点3
第 4 行：收尾 + 署名   See you! / Let me know. + 你的名字

按情境的模板

一、邀请

Hi ___,

二、道歉 / 取消

Hi ___,

必备句型仓库（每类背两句就够用）

开场

• How are you? / Thanks for your email.

说时间地点

• It's on Saturday at 3 o'clock.
• We'll meet at the school gate.
• It's in the park near my house.

提建议 / 邀请

• Would you like to come?

请求

• Could you help me?
• Can you bring your camera?

道歉 / 拒绝

• I'm sorry, but I can't...

三个提分小动作

1. 用一个连词。哪怕只是 because 或 so，也比全是短句好：I can't come because I have a test.
2. 用一个感叹。It will be great! / That sounds fun! —— 体现「交际语气」。
3. 用一个具体细节。不要写 at my house 就完了，写 at my house, the blue one next to the shop。具体的信息显得真实。

警告：模板不是万金油。 阅卷员见过无数模板作文，照搬模板而不贴合题目情境会被判为「交际效果差」。模板给你的是句子结构，内容必须来自题目的三个要点。

练习：用「道歉／取消」模板写一条 30 词左右的短信——你答应帮同学补习，但临时去不了。
