一般过去时：已经发生的事

什么时候用：过去发生、已经结束的事。

• I played football yesterday.（昨天踢过，已经结束）
• We went to the park last week.

过去式分两队：

规则队（加 ed）：

• 一般直接加：play → played，watch → watched
• 以 e 结尾只加 d：live → lived，like → liked
• 辅音+y 变 ied：study → studied
• 短元音+单辅音双写：stop → stopped，plan → planned

不规则队（要背，但最常用的也就几十个）：go → went／eat → ate／see → saw／take → took／come → came／buy → bought／is,am → was／are → were／have → had／do → did／say → said／read → read（拼写不变，读音变）

信号词：yesterday／last week／two days ago／just now 刚才。

否定和疑问用 did，动词一律回原形——这是本课最重要的规则：

• I didn't go.（不能说 didn't went）
• Did you go? — Yes, I did.／No, I didn't.
• What did you eat?（不能说 What did you ate）

原理和 does 一样：过去的信息已经由 did 表达了，动词就「卸装」回原形。

背诵建议：不规则动词按发音分组背更牢——sing/sang、drink/drank、begin/began 是一组；buy/bought、bring/brought、think/thought 是一组。
